Staying In Faro
Most visitors who fly into Algarve use Faro airport as their destination airport. Most important cities and towns are very near to this city; so you can make Faro as your base for Algarve holiday. There are many Algarve Hotels in the city which are easily connected to the airport by railway or shuttle service. It is better to them if you are staying in Faro over renting a car or taxi. In fact, if you are planning to rent a car for your holiday, ask them to deliver it in your hotel rather than on arrival as there is a steep airport tax.
