No Longer the Confirmed Bachelor
It seemed like it took one decade to many for my youngest son to finally break down and get engaged. Now our family is just crossing our fingers this is not the longest engagement in history. He called me the other day and asked me what I preferred when it came to IGI vs GIA diamond certifications. I am no expert when it comes to gemstones or their authenticity and directed him to our local jeweler. I then panicked and asked him if had given his fiancee a ring when he had asked her, he seemed a bit aghast I would even ask that. He stated of course he did, but he was now thinking of the wedding band. Boy was I relieved.
