The Winners and Losers of the Real Estate game
When a recession occurs, there are two different sets of people that surface. They are the winners and the losers. Sometimes both of these sets of people are usually slow to make any moves, when it comes to real estate investments. The ‘losers’ often wait until it is too late to do anything, and then get their properties foreclosed on. The group of people referred to as the ‘winners’ are often slow to move as well, because they are waiting for the prices to drop even further or maybe just waiting on a particular piece of property to plunge in value before buying. These two groups of people were both very key players in the market trends of the Northwest Arkansas real estate Market.
