Injury Claims Draw Unclear Lines
I love to travel and on one of my recent international trips I realized how America is vastly different than some other countries when it comes to their legal system. The United States has lawyers that prosecute for several things that many countries would never consider. Americans can file personal injury claims for injuries that occurred while using defective or faulty products or claims for work related injuries that were really the result of the employees foolish behavior and not really the company’s fault at all. Some are legitimate and other claims are the fault of the individual but where do you draw the line?
