Her Own Policy
My sister and her husband are in the process of a very nasty divorce. She had another meeting with her lawyer today and they discussed things like separating car insurance, bank accounts and other assets. She just called to ask if she could stop by tonight and use my computer to obtain an online auto insurance quote from her current company. I’m going to help her do this, but I also want her to check other insurance carriers while here. Her husband’s driving record was not great and she may save a lot of money by getting her own policy. At least we hope that is the case.
