Getting your lower body in shape seems to be on the bottom of many peoples workout goal list. If you dont develop your lower body it will throw off the entire balance of your physique. If anything do workouts for a firm butt because they will work your legs, you dont want chicken leggs and have to wear shorts at the beach then you better get on it before its too late.
