THe more muscle you have the better you will burn calories. so gain as much muscle as you can at the fastest rate that you can get it.  This I know is easier said then done. But it is the truth that you should do this.  Training with weights is the only sure fire way to get this done the right way. Training with heavy weights will give your muscles the proper to adapt and grow tomthe new amount of stress you are putting on them through strenuos weight training. The best weight training routine is the one that you push to the limit.
