No-risk investment – Is there any?
No risk no gain – so goes the saying. If you want to do business and want to make money you have to take up challenges and you have to take risk. Flipping Real Estate contracts, wholesaling, fix and flip or letting a part of your home on rent – all processes involve risk. Apparently it may seem that letting property on rent is an easy and less risky process but once you go for it, you would realize that this is also not easy. Dealing with tenants is a difficult thing. You have to inquire about their past properly. You have to make sure that they do not do any damage to your property. You may need to read some books on how to handle tenants and your rights as a landlord too.
