What am i looking for
when i am getting stale with the workouts that i ma doing then i have to be sure that i do n ot lose the moticvation that oi havce because that is what happens when i start to get too comfortable ion the routine that i am using. i will end up getting sick too becuse i will over train. all of this is reason that my training program will make me sick right. well that is exactly it. you have to be carefull about the frequency that i am using. always start with a healthy breakfast too because it sets the tone for the day.
